In Templis Graecorum locus tabulato inclusus sacer ac venerandus, Clericis tantum, viris saecularibus raro, mulieribus numquam penetrabilis: ἱερὰ Ταμιεῖα vocatur, qui alias θεῖον ἄδυτον, ἅγιον βῆμα κτλ. Latinis Oratorium, item Cubiculum, etc. Suicerus Thes. Eccl. voce ταμιρῖον.
